All web-based cancellations need to be facilitated via email and will correspondingly be dated according to the "time sent" rather than "time read by us." If you have not received a response within 24 hours of sending your request, please call us so we can confirm receipt of your correspondence. Call us to know more about our guidelines

In the interests of keeping our vehicles fresh and clean for all of our clients, we do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles at any time.

We believe that we leave gratuity choice up to the client whenever possible. However, there are times, in the interest of keeping our pricing consistent with the PTC, that we will add 20% gratuity to the bill when we provide specialized services, facilitate reservations online, perform charter runs, or take out-of-county trips. The client will always be notified in such cases. There will be no hidden charges and everything is disclosed up front.

Yes, provided you are of legal drinking age, that is! One of the prime benefits of utilizing a party bus or limousine is that DOT-licensed vehicles allow for passenger consumption of alcohol. Please keep in mind, however, that we cannot provide alcohol for you; you must bring your own! We do, however, have coolers on our vehicles stocked with ice!

We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, traveler's checks, and pre-approved locally drafted personal checks.

If there are significant changes during the run, an additional fee can be assessed at the driver's discretion and with the customer's pre-arranged agreement.
